National Contact Points (NCPs) services and contacts

The National Contact Points ( NCPs)  are experts in the specific priority areas of Horizon Europe, and are located in each EU Member State, the countries associated to the programme and some third countries. They provide a free and confidential service offering guidance, practical information and assistance on all aspects of participation in Horizon Europe. 

The aim of the NCPs are to offer impartial, tailored advice the Research Council's represented thematic areas and NCPs

NCPs provide the following services:

information and advice on conditions for participation, possibilities and conditions for submission of proposals, proof readingadvice on project budgeting, reporting, financial regulations and project management consultations on horizontal topics (gender equality, impact, IPR, open access, research ethics) across the programme

assist researchers and organisations, in particular new actors and SMEs, with a view to increasing their participation in HEinformation on other European RTD-programmes in the field of research and innovation such as COSME, Eureka, COST, R&D related parts of European Structural and Investment Fundsorganise courses, training sessions, events and workshops
